Live Below the Line – Feeling the Strain

So.. last night I went and picked nettles in my rubber gloves and made nettle soup, which was delicious.

Rice and lemon curd was for breakfast, then nettle soup for lunch again.

Here’s what I have left to eat until Sunday. I went to the market and spent my last pound on veg this morning.

I’m in the process of making a lentil and carrot roast at the moment.

I am finding this challenge much more difficult than I imagined. My rice bread is a LOT of effort to make so I’ve been steering clear of that. I have been feeling pretty tired and I have a bad headache today. 

Hopefully this roast will help get some nutrients back into my system.
