Berry Good Fibre-Filled Smoothie

Morning!

Not much in the way of food in my house this morning (my daughter is going through a growth spurt and is eating everything in sight) so I had to get creative for breakfast.

I wanted something full of nutrition that would really help with my digestion, so here goes!

Ingredients

Flaxseeds (tablespoon)

Oats (I use gluten free, but use normal if that’s your bag)

Water

Berries (I used frozen blackforest berries)

Recipe

Defrost a big handful of frozen berries in the microwave, chuck them in a bowl with a big handful of oats, the flaxseed and a pint of water. Blend!

You could add honey for sweetness if you fancy.
